Fighting the Freshman 15 Finale
Now that it’s the end of the publishing year, me and the other contenders have wrapped up twelve weeks of healthy living to tip the scales once more. While my cohorts didn’t see results quite as impressive, I was surprised and pleased to see that I had dropped 26 pounds. In fact, I’m now in better shape than I was at high school graduation.

I’m pretty pleased with how far I’ve come in these three months, but this doesn’t mean I’m stopping here. Many of my old clothes are starting to get pretty loose, and that’s just more motivation to keep up the physical activity and make my flab disappear. Could Ironclad Folly become the internet’s next hit men’s fashion blog?
